FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Throughout the year our staff may submit a Grant Application for consideration to receive financial support. Once received, the application will be reviewed by the board and discussed and voted on at our public board meetings.

• Projects addressing a specific educational need that is not currently or is inadequately funded by district resources; • Projects that foster creativity, development of critical thinking skills, and/or promote the Dual Immersion experience; or • Projects that enrich our current school program such as Art, Music, Dance, Computer Science, Science and Physical Education.

• Projects made in support of operations or programs outside of Patrick Henry Elementary; • Project that influence legislation or the outcome of any election, or to political campaigns; • Projects for which PHF would be responsible for implementation; and • Projects falling under the mission and scope of other school organizations.
